I live in a lovley terrace house i have had since december 2005.
My partner has worked really hard and has made our small front garden look amazing all the neighbours keep saying how nice it is
My problem lies with the rear of my property, there are 9 terraces on our plot which has no road along it meaning there is no traffic and no direct parking fro the residence
The rear of my house is a large shared yard, my house is second in from the road which means some of my neigbours use the yard to access there property's
I would liike to use the rear of my property as a garden fence it of but still give access using two gates
Im just not sure what my rights are, how i can find out and the pitfalls i may encounter if i try to do this
any help would be great
