So lately, when me and my boyfriend have sex, it hurts. It's quite painful.
In certain positions, when he goes deep, it feels like my uterus or something is moving. It's not pleasant.
And sometimes, pain shoots up my lower back, in the area where my kidneys are. It's only on the right side, though.

What could be causing this?
Ovarian cysts maybe? I've been noticing that vigorous activity (i.e. jumping on the bed with my baby brother) makes my lower abdomen hurt, maybe where my ovaries are.
My mom says it could be ovarian cysts, especially since I'm on the Mirena, and 1 out of 10 women will get ovarian cysts on it.
If it is ovarian cysts, can they go away on their own, or do I have to go get them removed or whatever?

Ovarian cysts usually don't need to be surgically removed, and typically hurt worse when you're on your period. Doctors can talk to you about options for pain relief.

As for your symptoms, whenever you have such abdominal pain, always always always go to the doctor. There's a number of things it could be, even bowel obstruction. I hate to say it, but I'd avoid having vaginal sex until you see a doctor. If oral sex or other types of sex don't produce pain, I'd rely on that until you get yourself checked.

Ive had this pain for 5 months ona nd off now. I had my first child 7 months ago.
For me i think it has something to do with being skinny. I have ovarian cysts but they done make sex painful, I just get REALLY bad ovulation pain.
You may want to look into endometriosis, If you have had a child since the pain has started it may be that. Many women develop endo after having kids.
It can be burnt off during surgery and iv heard falling pregnant can cur eit also.
Ovarian cysts can go away on there own, mine disserpeared but they come back, i was told if they are going to go, they take between 1-3 months.
They can also rupture which cause alot of pain. If they are really big they are removed.
You should have an ultrasound, that will tell you if there are any cysts.

He's hitting your cervix, and that's tugging on the ligaments that hold your uterus in place.

Different positions can help with this - "riding high" by moving his penis more front to back than in and out is good, as are most rear-entry positions.
