I have a second interview tomorrow for a job as a News Reporter.?

I have no experience, but I love writing and they told me my passion came across in my first interview...I am down to the final 3 in the second interview. How do I convince them I am the one for the job? really really really want this job. I need to blow them out of the water!!! any tips/suggestions?
