F fhotoace New member Dec 4, 2009 #2 Windows Vista and Windows 2000 are different operating systems. Which are you attempting to use. If you use a card reader, you can leave your camera out of the loop. Otherwise, use the file manager to copy the images from the memory cards to your computer
