I have a Samsung Tocco F480 on T-Mobile and it needs unlocking?

I was just wondering if anyone can help me out on how to unlock my Samsung Tocco F480 mobile phone on T-Mobile. Is there anyway of getting a free code to unlock the phone? T-Mobile charge £15 and I don't really want to pay that much, only want to pay around £2-3, is this possible? Even eBay are selling them for over £10 :/ 10 points for best answer. Really would be appreciated, thanks!
