If so, how do I stop it? I'm trying to figure it out and have heard horror stories of friends' bills being very expensive from data usage when they weren't actively using it. For example, getting on Facebook app then logging off but unknowingly leaving it "active" My phone icon says that data is being transferred even though I'm not using an app. HELP!! I don't want to be stuck with such a huge bill! Thanks so much!
