I have a samsung sc-dc173u camcorder. How do i capture the video on my computer?

Every time I plug it in it says found new hardware and has the options of locate and install driver or ask me again later but it says the device will not be able to function until you install driver software. I installed the disc that came with the camera and it still doesn't work.
