if i switch to my secondary job level, will i still have the skills i had when i was on my first job?

for example: i have a merchant, and turned my merchant into a alchamist, will i still have the skill "vend"?
 
Yes, you will retain your first job skill. When do you see a alchemist without vend or mammomite or pushcart?. NEVER!!!(unless they didn't get the skill)
