My htc hero phone has water damage. If it costs $50 to replace i would more than happily pay for it since i have warranty ..but my question is can i switch to a blackberry i bought on ebay and not lose my warranty on my htc hero? Or do i have to use my warranty to get my htc hero replaced before switching to my new blackberry?
Also is it a problem if i use the warranty to get a new HTC hero and then sell it since i have my blackberry? Would they care?
