When is a question a question.And when is an answer an answer.
And why do people on CE chat so damn much?I can't get a bloody word in edgeways.
Ah but the thing is Mr Zero,,if i ask,,does my butt look big in this? tis vio time.
But if i ask does the economic growth of this country match others? it would get left.
Both are questions.But 1 gets ya yapoo killed

A question is asked and an answer is a reciprocation of said question simple innit!

An answer is an answer when replied to a question
The answer to your question since you asked is you have to think fast and say something that shuts everyone up long enough to say what you really what to say

I wouldn't say you were gobby, but you do like a blether...! Nothing wrong with that, that's why we like you.
 
Well a question is usually followed by a question mark and an answer is in response to the said question and now I am going to shut up so everyone can get a word in...:))
