I have a question about xbox 360 headset.?

I know there is many of these TurtleBeach headset but I encountered two that I want to buy. There is a TurtleBeach Ear Force X1 Stereo Headset and TurtleBeach Ear Force XLC Headset plus Chat. What's the difference? or there isnt any? Is one better than the other one or the same? Please let me know so I can know which one I can buy. Thank you.
