I have a question about the test for TB.?

This past Tuesday, I got my test for TB and they told me to come back in 48 hrs for them to read it. Well, I was a bit idiotic and when I went to the clinic today, Thursday, they were already closed for the day. I'm just curious if anyone knows if the extra time between the test and the reading will screw things up. I'm planning to go first thing in the morning, but I just wanted to be prepared if they need to do the test again or something. Anyone know about this?
 
They told me 48-72 hours, so you should be fine. Besides, if it was positive, you would probably already know, your arm would be itchy where they injected the "bleb".
