I have a question about other aspects of the military?

I am a 22 year old woman and I am interested in joining the military, but not like in the fighting part ot it. I would like to do something involved with office work or the medical aspect. How would I go about this, do you see a recruiter for this type of thing, I know if you wanted to join thats who you see, but I don't know if being in another aspect is something to see a recruiter about. Anyone have any answers to help me?
Thanks.

Go into admin or logistics yes you can and probably will get deployed but you'll be on the back lines 99% of the time even the military needs someone to push paper

anyone in the Army or Marines is a rifleman first and all else second if you really want to avoid it be a paper pusher for the navy or air force that would give you the least chance of harm

and anyone in the Armed forces knows that even people sitting pushing paper are important to the overall mission

first no matter what branch u join ur gonna have to learn how to fight so i wouldnt recommend that u join the military because that what its here for to fight for and to protect our country..... if u dont want to fight the best branch for u would probably be the Cost Guard because they mainly stay in the US... and yeah u have to talk to a recruiter to join no matter what job you want

Don't join if you don't want to get into the fighting. Even paper pushers get deployed. When this war ends, there will most likely be another one. If you don't have it in you to fight its just not a good idea. We don't need another J. Lynch on our hands.
