I have a question about ornamenting an aria?

I'm singing When I am Laid in Earth by Henry Percell and I was wondering where it was appropriate to ornament. Normally in a Da Capo aria it would be the second time through after the B section...however this song follows an AABB style...

Do I just ornament on the second time...or should I not do it at all?
