Ok so I've been getting mood swings lately, like one minute I could be really happy, the next I could feel really down. Then the next I'll be heading to my punch bag to take my anger out on it.
What's wrong with me?
I'm 17.
Also, I'm not bipolar. I was checked out by a phsycologist when I was 14 and I don't have any specific disorder.
