I ride a fixed gear, and is it better to have a bigger frame and have the seat not as high up, or have a smaller frame with the seat higher, I'm asking because I ride a 58cm bike with the seat not too high up and it feels good/comfortable, but my recommended frame size for my height is 54cm, when I buy a new bike which one do you think is better from a performance standpoint? I'm 5' 8"
