i have a problem with my Pontiac g6 driver side tail light?

the driver side tail light lights up but when u press on the break it wont brighten like it is suppose to do and when u turn on the blinker it wont flash and when i turn the car off and press the lock button on the key throb it wont flash like it is suppose to do the passenger side tail light does fine
