i have a problem with my 97 buick le sabre?

i have a 97 buick le sabre, I think its my transmission i'm not sure, yesterday i was driving it and it felt like it was running out of gas it stared to slow and then speed up, then today i turn the car on and it made this loud noise i drove it around the block and it was fine then i switched it in to reverse and it would not move i put it back in drive and it would not move. i put transmission fluid in before i drove it. can some1 tell me whats wrong, i have a new radiator, alternator, fuel pump so i know its not that because it starts up
 
I think you're right about the transmission. You might want to think about the never ending cycle of repairs and money spent. All those new parts and now a tranny maybe. You're close to exceeding the car's value unless it looks really good. Time for a new one.
