I have a problem with my 2005 Dodge 3500?

I have a problem with my 2005 Dodge 3500 when driving feels like transmision goes out of gear then the RPN drops until transmision goes back to gear theirs not transmision code or engine code on, I already change the fule & air filter, when I did a transmision tune up the problem stop for like 3 days & now is back again, please advised Thank you.
 
sounds like your clutch may need to be changed or problems in your transfer case but most likely your clutch
