i have a problem with 2 things. itunes and windows media player. please help me fast.?

i have itunes on my computer but it does not work. why? it came with my computer. and windows media player got lost.. i cant find it in my computer to. iam not a good fixer on Computers. can you guys help me. on itunes it says (itunes could not connect to the music store. An unknown error occurred. (-3212) please help me1!!!!!!1
