I have a problem. I need to uninstall Civilization 3.?

And it needs to be done without downloading any programs and i cant be tinkering with any important files so i cant manally do it. Ive tried downloading patches but i cant access the website that the links on the official civ 3 give me. i know its an old game but any and all help wil be apprecitated
 
Control Panel > Add and Remove Programs and you should find and be able to remove the game from their... if not the game could also come with its own uninstall...
