I have a pop up at satrap, can you help me remove this?

Every time I start my computer a small window pops up saying "The Specified Module Could Not Be Found" It also says "Error Loading C:\PROGRA~1\MYWEBS~1\bar.bin\M3PLUGIN.DLL
I've heard that it's malware and should be removed. What I didn't hear was how. So my question is, how do I get rid of it? Thanks for your help.

Update it and scan your computer it will automatically remove it.
