Fatal Attraction
His pale blue eyes locked onto mine,
as if warm toffee held his gaze.
my heart was calm though i was very, very afraid.
My eyes fell shut, his warm breath gentle.
We couldnt get caught,
we might as well be mental.
A boom and a flash and i knew he'd be gone
his soft black curls would would always be long,
my blonde hair flew like frail tree branches,
i didnt care about the evil glances.
And as the filth called our people took him to his deathbed,
my fathers voice broke through my head.
"the same species, the same kind, can have such dirty, cruel minds"
but what was i thinking? was i crazy,
A german and a jew..
i might as well ask for the moon, too.
