I have a plasma television and it was on a few minutes ago and there was a pop noise

and the screen went blank? the screen is blank the back of the tv feels hot. I am just hoping it isn't broke??
There is a clicking noise coming from the television when it is plugged in, and I cannot get it to turn on.
