...from 12/07 and i havent made a? payment yet then the collection guy called my yesterday at work and said that i needed to take a 500.00 payment in by noon (i owe 900 w/fees) that the will pursue the case and for me to contact my HR because the will be sending democratic info to them and for me to contact an attorney because i accepted funds that didnt belong to me. I dont know what all that means Does anyone know what can happen with this payday loan and kind of explain my options i was going to make at least 25.00 today i know that is much but that is what i can do today. HELP! I am worried.
