...out comes of my court hearig? see last november i ran away had a gun and sum stolen money i got charged with 2 missdenemars position of firearm and theft by takeing . well this year i waz in a situation and these kids were after me thretend to kill me i started bring a box cutter with me. in one of my classes this boy stabed me with a pencile a few times repeditivle i turned around and slashed him onthe hand with the blade it waz a 1 inch cut well went to trybrunal and i got expeled now i have to go to court and thire saying its posible thire moveing the simple battery charge up to agervaated asult i got charged with simple battery and position of wepon on school property i have court comeing up and need to knoo what can happen :S im rly worryedd :S plzz hellpp!!!!
i have a past record and am going to court again i need to know whats the posible...
