I have the manual, but I've figured out everything except for this. It took forever to do one phone book, I don't want to have to do the other one manually too. Do I need to register each handset and/or base to be able to do this? Please explain it to me in a very simple, step-by-step way 
Does it matter which one I do first, the main one or the additional one? It's a nice-looking phone, but it's not as easy to deal with as my last Panasonic phone.
