session. What is it? So on sunday I went for my usual Sprinting interval training, and i started off with a light jog, then I started Sprinting and i instantly noticed a pain in my right thigh (in the middle of the thigh), so i stopped sprinting immediately.
Im trying to figure out what it is, but i have no idea as im new to running and new to injurys.
I notice the pain/ache when im lying on my back and raise my right leg vertically.
I also notice the pain/ache when i try to straighten my leg and there is a resistant there stopping me from straightening.
What could this pain/ache be?
