I don't know what's going on but it started about a month ago after coming home from thanksgiving vacation. At the beginning few weeks my upper arm (in between shoulder and elbow) just had a mild sort of annoying pain, but now it's gotten to the point where I can't lift my arm without being in major pain, I have to spin my arm in a certain way before lifting my arm so that there is no pain. It is really starting to bother me, and I'm a bit scared. I've tried using like heat/ice patches and stuff but it doesn't really work, and if anything, they make the pain intensify after using. I dunno how to exactly describe where it is, it's not all the way on top of my should, it's like right under the shoulder, that the pain is. If I keep my arm down it's fine, but if I lift it up at all, even just a little, it will hurt like crazy, and gets uncomfortable of held in the same position for too long. Is it worth going to the doctors?
