I am a 15 year old freshmen baseball player and during offseason conditioning i pulled something in my hip... i rested it for a few days and it helped alot... but when it came time to condition again i was fine until we had to run wind sprints... now i cant run full speed without feeling it... im a catcher and i cant feel it when i block sway etc., only when i sprint. i wasnt very fast before but it really has taken a major toll on my speed. my 60 went from a 7.5 to an 8.2. what should i do?
