I'm only 13 and i really want to start playing classical piano. I find Beethoven very relaxing and beautiful, such as Mozart and others. My question is, How should i go about learning it? Should I save up and try to pay for lessons, then buy a piano, should i buy a piano, or a keyboard to start, and what are some things a need to know? Thank you so much!

Stay away from keyboards if possible, get a real piano and get lessons from a qualified teacher. Do not try to teach yourself. If you do you will learn at a snail's pace. For the same amount of time spent trying to teach yourself, taking piano lessons with a teacher you would be way farther advanced in both playing and music theory that's if you want to play Beethoven as it sounds on the recordings

anyways, you should probably buy a keyboard or piano[keyboards are cheaper and funner]. its great that you want to learn piano to. its really easy to learn the basics, then once all that is accomplished it starts to getg tricky. Before you start lessons id look on the internet for the key chart. always remember... C is the white key before the two black keys. that gets you through everything, after C, just keep on the white keys and recite the alphabet. C,D,E,F,G, the back to A, thenB, the back to C. its really simple.
