I bought a Rokr E8 from a Millenium trenz. They ordered it for me and i got it about a week later.
It cost me 250 dollars. I have the T-mobile Unlimited plan, and i can't send pictures from it or receive any. When i get a multimedia message, it says "would you like to download file?" and i press yes, and a minute later it says, Could not download file. It does this for every picture message i get. It's really frustrating because it was alot of money and the place where i bought it from won't fix it or give me a refund. I went to a T-mobile and told them, but since i didn' t order it from a t-mobile, they can't do anything.
I just bought ANOTHER one today for a hundred dollars from a guy on Craig's list. Same Problem. Can't send or receive pictures. I feel like it's a waste of time and i am really upset. Please help, if you know how to SUCCESSFULLY send pictures i would really appreciate it.
