I have a Motorola Phone dock in my 2000 Lexus ES300, what can I do with it?

I got a 2000 Lexus ES 300, and it has a phone integration system with motorola dock, microphone and external antenna. I have an iPhone, so I was wondering what I could do with the dock? Should I remove it, along with the wiring, is there an iPhone dock that can use the same wiring so I can use the microphone in the headliner and the enhanced antenna? I can update with model numbers if necessary.
