jerking while accelerating.? The car does not lose power as a faulty spark plugs but it jerks and shakes while accelerating as if it is shifting up and down without control and the RPM keeps going like crazy. Knowing that the car is Automatic Transmission. Again, the jerking is not affecting the car to run or affecting its speed but its just annoying and making me worried if it is safe or not. Also the car starts doing that after about 20~30 minutes of driving. The problem is that I feel its shifting gears on its own like 2nd 3rd 2nd 4th 2nd 1st 3rd.... Which is really crazy!!!

Please guys I need your help. I am a commuter student so I need the car so much. Is this problem can be fixed easily? or it will cost me too much? Can it be transmission range sensor?

Thanks so much for your care =)

1. See if the car has set any obd II codes.
2. Go back over your car, i.e. spark plugs, fuel filter, air filter.
