I have a mazda millenia. Check enginie light came on and I took it to Auto Zone.?

They check the code and code p1000 and p0725 came out lined to the Crank Positioning Sensor. Also when I drive the car it drives for about a block and when I come into a stop it turns off on me. Also when I am driving it it like runs out of gas and have have to continue to prese on the gas pedal many times before it picks up again. Does any one know what may cause this?
