I have a load of panels acting as a fence at bottom of garden, how best to install

new gate with side panels? Basically these panels block of an alley behind my house. I want to clear it away and install new fencing gate panel witha make up panel behind. The ground level in the alley is lower than the ground level of my garden by about 6-9 inches - will this affect install and what is the best method. Opening will be about 1200 wide
