I have a language exam in three days. FML?

I have a Spanish reading and listening exam in three days. What is a fast way to, in a way, get me through the exam?
I'm seriously nervous. It's my GCSEs.
On Monday I have Spanish reading and listening. Tuesday, one day break. Wednesday, Physics. Thursday, Spanish writing. Friday, Chemistry.
