I have a Kyocera X-TC and cannot find anybody via bluetooth. I also have an LG Triton and a Samsung Delve, they both connect and can find the Kyocera but the Kyocera cannot find the others. When I try to connect to it from the others the others say it failed and nothing ever pops up on the Kyocera.
