Earlier, I was at church helping with Vacation Bible School. I've dropped my phone a few times before but it's never done any damage. Today, I was bending over to reach for something on the ground and my phone fell on some carpet floor. I picked it up and screen turned completely white. I toyed with it, took the battery out and whatnot and it still wouldn't work. But now, the screen won't even turn on yet my phone is still functioning. I can hear when I get texts and I can receive phone calls. It seems like it's an internal problem, but I want to make sure before I ship it off to Kyocera. So, does anyone know of any way to fix this?
I have a Kyocera Loft from Virgin Mobile. My screen quit working. Any solutions?
