I have a Kdp-57ws550 sony rear projection screen TV and i have sound but no picture?

It has 10 blinks when tv shuts off after 10 or 15 sec. my tv was working fine yesterday i have researched sony blinking codes and found out a little about what might be wrong but cant really decipher whats exactly wrong. Im very electronically inclined so i think i can fix it my self but i need a little guidance from someone who has dealt with these kind of TVs before. Thanks
