I have a job interview, what kind of questions should I expect?

I have limited experience with job interviews, so I was wondering if someone could maybe suggest some questions that I might be asked. The job is an unpaid position with my university (I'm an undergrad studying accounting and computer info. systems), in the college of business, where I would be teaching 2 sections of a simple computer course to other undergrads (mostly incoming freshmen). The course, like I said, is a computer course, that teaches incoming business students how to use Microsoft Office 2007, Windows Vista, and touches on basic computer terms, hardware, history, etc. I have taken this course and received a good grade.

Any advice, or questions I should prepare for would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
