i have a huge bong and some times i bike with it?

i am under 18, live in ca, and own a bong in a duffel bag like case it is hard to tell it is a bong. i am wondering what steps i should take if a cop were to question me about it, and what charges i migth face
 
He doesnt have the right to search your bag. As long as it doesnt look like a bong or smell like weed youre fine. Might want to put some clothes around it in the bag to protect it and so it looks like its all clothes in your bag.
 
make sure there is no residue at all in it. tell him you use it for tobacco. if he doesn't believe you you will get ticketed for possession of drug paraphanelia
 
Yea i do the same thing. I have mine in a very light guitar case with little handles. and i keep a bottle of water in it too. and i wrap everything up with t-shirts. A can of axe and some gum in there sometimes in case u need to get rid of smell fast
