i have a honda prelude 1994 engine size 2.3L reg when i get to over 70 mph the

....we need more information. Is it an autotragic? Not shifting? It doesn't seem unheard of to me for a motor to be spinning at 3900 RPM at 70. It's relatively high, but Honda's tend to be peaky, rev-happy motors.
 
There is something wrong with the trany because it seems like it doesn't shift up! usually it should be in the fifth gear and the rpm should be around 2,500! And maybe a sensor on the Trany too.. And by the way you have nice engine its called H23A1 producing 160hp :) Good luck!
