i have stripped down the engine, put fresh fuel in it, changed the sparkplug, cleaned the carb, re-seated the valves, put in new piston rings, cleaned the air filter and it wont start, when i was first given it the head was full of water, please help i wont to get it going.
i have changed the parkplug and that sparks, re-seated the valves, cleaned the head,cleaned the carb and air filter, replaced the piston rings with new 1's, put in fresh fuel, checked all the gaskets but it still wont start, please help i wont to get this going!!!!
