I have a Honda ct90 and for some reason when it is running, if i turn on the lights...

...its dies.? my ct90 always dies when ever i turn on the headlight or apply th brakes (and the tail light goes on) when it is in idle and i turn on the lights or apply the brakes it dies and when it is running in any gear or even reved and i turn on the lights or apply the brakes it also dies. what can i do to fix the problem?!?!
 
It sounds like you have a short circuit! check your wiring for the head & tail lights, also check out your battery, for loose connections. I hope this helps you find your problem.
