I have a honda ct 125n and it has no spark to the plug or the points. can anyone...

...tell me what I should do? the bike was running fine before and after a spell of about six months I went to start it and it would not start . I checked the spark plug to find no spark at all so I took the plate off the points and found no spark there either where do I head next ?
 
firstly check all wiring contacts,charge battery...and failing that replace the condensor.
