...start what should i do? When i got it out of the water i flushed the transmission flood and motor oil two times because of the water in both of them. I took the spark plug out and kicked the water out of it, and checked the spark plug for spark. Also i cleaned my air filter. I am almost 100% sure i have most of the water out of the bike. What else could be wrong or what should i do to get it started?
 
use compressed air and blow out everything ..you say you have spark.. so its the fuel the water is in the gas tank and carburator.. the whole bike was submarged so the gasoline is now water and water in the carburator. ok.
