i have a honda civic si 2000 and i try 2 start my car and it wont start i hv 2...

...keep tryin till start? i was thinkin it could b the starter cause i look it up and the starter looks all rusty.. or the battery because last time i did a battery test it came out low and i needed to recharge it...i c alot of mechanics hit the starter but idk were 2 hit it...so should i replace the starter or the battery...thanks
