...THE CLUTCH IN.? THE GREEN NEUTRAL LIGHT WILL NOT COME ON WHEN THE BIKE IS IN NEUTRAL AND IT WILL NOT START UNLESS YOU PULL IN THE CLUTCH. I HAVE REPLACED BALB THINKING A CIRCUT WAS BROKE/PROBLEM NOT FIXED.
It sounds like the neutral switch in the transmission has went bad, or maybe the wire has come loose. You now need to start it with the clutch in since there is a break in the neutral circuit.
