I flew from JFK to France, then to Madrid and I have been here since the 4th of July. My throat has been a little sore the last week or so and I actually got a nose bleed the other night while I was out. Also my neck and head are kind of sore. Is this stuff normal for being here? I am told it is a lot dryer here, so the sore throat and bloody nose could be from that. Also I am really tired. Am I STILL adjusting from the time change?
